Aria does not automatically sync full agent prompts, code or diffs to the team. Speech is recognised on device. Cloud AI sends your message and any excerpts you explicitly review and select to the configured AI service. Planned managed AI uses OpenRouter and the selected model provider; optional own-key features use Anthropic. Team features share activity, notes and handoffs with teammates. Do not include secrets in shared or cloud-bound text.
Claude Code and Codex are the supported beta agents. Gemini CLI, Cursor and Copilot have experimental observation paths; their approval controls are unavailable. See the capability matrix before downloading.
Observe means Aria shows what the agent is doing, which repo it is in and whether it is working, stuck or waiting. Approve means that when the agent asks permission to do something, you can allow or deny it from Aria without going back to its window. Claude Code and Codex have implemented hook approval paths; a live request must arrive before Aria can answer it. Other integrations are observation only.
An Apple Silicon Mac on macOS 14 or later. Aria also works on Macs without a notch.
No. Aria is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by the makers of Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor or Copilot, and those names belong to their owners.
The Mac beta is opening in waves. Join the waitlist and we will write when there is a seat for you. Paid plans are not open yet.
Managed Aria AI is planned for Pro and Max, with no API key needed from you. The working monthly provider-cost allowances are $4 for Pro and $12 for Max. They track provider charges, not a guaranteed number of replies; unused allowance does not roll over and automatic overage is disabled. Managed AI is not available yet. Until it launches, you can talk or type to Aria with your own Anthropic key. Claude Code and Codex subscriptions are separate from Aria.
Pro is planned to use Haiku 5.5 for reasoning and writing; Max is planned to use Sonnet 5.5 for those same tasks, with a higher allowance. Jev is planned to help route ambiguous requests on both plans. Exact local actions can bypass cloud inference. Model choices remain subject to quality, latency and cost checks. Conductor and larger rooms are also planned for Max. Aria AI is not live yet, and no plan includes unlimited managed AI use.
No. Paid checkout is not open. The prices here are planned monthly prices, not a current offer to buy. Joining the waitlist does not start a subscription.
One list for every plan. Tell us your email and we will write when the beta has room.
